3. Return Process

To begin the return process:

  3. Receive return authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package item securely with all original materials

  • Store credits are issued within 1 business day of approval

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear

4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for items of equal or greater value within 30 days of purchase. Size exchanges for rings are subject to availability and may require additional time for resizing.

  • Present credit certificate at time of purchase

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash

6. Defective or Damaged Items

6.1 Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, regardless of the return timeframe.

6.2 Shipping Damage

Items damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

6.3 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and authenticity of all our jewelry. If any item does not meet our described specifications, we will make it right through replacement, repair, or full refund.

7. Special Circumstances

7.1 Holiday Returns

Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st of the following year, following our standard return conditions.

7.2 International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. Returns must be declared accurately to avoid delays.

7.3 Lost or Stolen Items

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend purchasing insurance for high-value returns.

8. Warranty vs. Returns

Please note that our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, while our return policy covers customer satisfaction and change of mind situations. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.

8.1 Warranty Coverage

  • Manufacturing defects: Lifetime coverage
  • Workmanship issues: 1 year from purchase
  • Stone security: 6 months from purchase
